• Personal and company checks accepted.
• 50% advance deposit is required to confirm a private charter reservation.
• Balance is due prior to departure.
• If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Deposits for trips cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded.
• Cruises may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, storm warnings, mechanical, or other conditions beyond the control of the company. For your safety the Captain has the sole decision regarding the cruise or early return of the vessel.
• Cancelled parties due to inclement weather or at Capt’n Sue’s discretion will be fully refunded. A cancellation by the party will result in loss of the deposit.
• Alcohol, mooring fees and theme decorations not included.
