The Captain
Capt'n Sue

I have been boating on Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan for over 30 years. After a long career in the restaurant and tourism industries, I decided to alter course to an outdoor venue, on my boat. I attended Captain Bryan’s USCT course, cruised through the exams, received my 50 Ton Master Captain's license, and started my own chartering business.

As well as custom charters, private pilot lessons, sightseeing touts and deliveries; I teach a Women and Boating class through Skipper Buds of Michigan, providing classroom instruction and stick time.

I hold current American Red Cross certification in:
  • Adult and Child CPR
  • First Aid Training
  • Life Saving
 United States Coast Guard U.S. Captain's Training
       
I look forward to providing you and your guests with a fantastic cruise on the beautiful waters of Lake Macatawa and Michigan.
My crew and I are enrolled in a Coast Guard approved random drug testing program, we do not drink alcohol before or during any excursion, however, you can.
